Oops, I did it again... I killed another closet. I was trying on some things I purchased earlier today when I thought, "gee, let's see what else I can wear with these pants," I open my closet door and think, "oh no, that's not right." In one half of the closet, the hang bar is hanging on for dear life; on the other side, the hang bar has thrown up the hanging items into the closet door and onto the floor. "Aw-some," is all I had to say. And now it's a good thing Mom and Dad are gone because their bed has just become my new closet. Question of the year: Is there no closet in the world strong enough to support my shopping habits?

ps. Princess and I have a great project for Monday... we can go closet shopping! I'm sure he'd love to wander fleet farm, menards and maybe even home depot for closets with me. He's going to be so excited!

In this edition of Sara's Life Up Dates, you'll read about the following: France and Switzerland, summer school, Princess, Old Navy and other randomness! And here we go!

*France and Switzerland were quite amazing. The memories are certainly going to last a life time. My favorite part of Paris was wandering the streets, looking in shops and people watching. Oh, I also LOVED the Eiffel Tower at night, it was gorgeous. Kandersteg, Switzerland was something out of a movie. All the buildings are little chalets with woodcarvings and geraniums spilling out of the window boxes. The Alps were breath taking (Grandma kept asking if they were a painted backdrop). The food in both France and Switzerland was amazing. I didn't have anything gross, it was nothing but goodness. My new favorite foods are: Swiss choclate, Nutella and goat cheese. There are oodles more stories to tell about the trip... you'll just have to ask.

*Summer school started last week. The first day and second morning I was in one classroom. Towards the end of the second morning I was informed that the student I was supposed to be aiding wasn't going to attend and I would be relocating to another classroom. So now I'm in a room with two teachers (plus me) and seven boys with Autism. After spending three days with them I'm in love with each and everyone of them. Grant has the funniest giggle, Erik is a cuddler, Curtis a-freaking-dorable, Nathan is the funny guy, Ben sings all the time, Gage loves attention, and Matt is the shy quiet type. I'm working on learning the proper language to use with all of them and I'm also learning all about their lives and personalities... and they all have huge personalities. In three days, there are already lots of qoutes and stories to tell about the boys. I can't wait to see them again in the morning.

*The Princess has a confirmed hole in his heart. It's a hole that everyone is born with, in most people a little mud flap closes after they're born but in some people the flap doesn't. Princess has a broken mud flap (unsurprisingly, Mud Flap and Stroke are his new nicknames). He goes back to the doctor tomorrow to find out if he's going to be on blood thinners for life or if something more drastic needs to be done to fix the mud flap. In general, he's being his regular smartassish self which means he's feeling alright. I'm not horribly worried about him right now... only just a pinch worried. I'll keep you all posted on his well being.

*I start work at Old Navy again on Sunday night. The store is being remodeled and apparently six or seven semis will be bringing new fixtures to the building. I hope there isn't too much heavy lifting or I might be somewhat useless. Oh, the hours are 7pm to at least 4am. Can't wait!

*Next Monday I have to be in Winona to trade puters at 1pm... mind you I will have worked until four in the morning that same day... how's that for planning?! Whoops.

*I have no money, well, almost no money, $62.25 to be exact. Next time I go to France for two weeks, I'm going to work as much as possible the month before I go and start working the moment I return... no more of this waiting around crap. I'm willing to take donations to the Sara Doesn't Get Paid For Another Two Weeks Fund, please contact me if you're willing to donate.

*In an email from Welch Village about a season pass deals, they mentioned that there are less than 80 days until the first snowfall. Reading this caused me to scream/make a funny noise and wet myself due to excitement for the fast approaching ski season. Since I don't have anything else to do today I just might have to make a paper chain.

And they lived happily ever after. The end.
